Sheet Machine
Our factory has seven domestically advanced sheet machines, mainly used to produce sheet molded plastic, a cutting-edge thermoset material that has achieved significant levels of advancement in the domestic industry. These machines are specialized for various production processes such as thermoforming, extrusion, and pressing, ensuring the versatility of our manufacturing capabilities. Maintains precision and consistency in the molding process, while automatic feeding machinery increases efficiency. This machine is mainly used in the production of two-color food containers, ensuring the adaptability and quality of sheet molded plastic products.
